How can I check my TV's firmware version?

Answer:

To see the firmware version on your TV, follow these steps:

1. With your TV powered on press the MENU button on your TV’s remote control.
2. Use the ▲ or ▼ arrow to select the Support section of the menu, and then press ENTER.



Note: The different sections of the menu are displayed on the left side of the screen and sideways.

3. Use the ▲ or ▼ arrow to select “Software Upgrade”.

Note: Do not press ENTER just highlight “Software Upgrade”

4. Press the INFO button on your remote control. The firmware version and chassis information will appear at the bottom of the screen. The firmware version can be found on the top line.
