The customers TV has a couple ways of connecting wireless headphones but it will depend on the style of wireless headphones the customer has. Before continuing you must determin the type of wireless headphones the customer has.

• Self Amplified: The wireless headphones are able to amplify an audio signal internally. A customer can easily determine if their headphones are self amplified by seeing if they have a volume knob on the hedphones.
• Not Amplified: The wireless headphones output audio based on the incoming signal. A customer can easily determine if their headphones are not amplified by seeing if they have a volume knob on the headphones. If the headphones do not have a volume knob they are not amplified.
