Question:

What should I do if I'm experiencing issues like pixelization, tiling, or lines on my screen?

Answer:

First, try changing the source to another channel. If the problem disappears, it's not related to your TV. Next, test another device (like a different box or DVD player) on the same input that was causing trouble. Alternatively, connect your HD box (using the same cables) to another TV. If the issue follows the box, then the problem is with the HD box, not your TV.

If these steps didn't work, your TV needs repair. Start the service process by clicking the online service request button.
