Question:

What should I do if I'm experiencing issues such as pixelization, tiling, or lines on my screen?

Answer:

If you are experiencing problems like pixelization, tiling, or lines through the screen, try the following:

  • Change to another DVD or game. If the problem goes away, the problem is not caused by the TV.
  • Test another gaming system or DVD player on the same input. You can also try hooking the DVD player or gaming system (with the same connection cables) to another TV. If the problem follows the DVD player, your issue is with the DVD player and not the TV.

If you are still having a problem try preforming a Self Diagnosis on the TV, click here for instructions.

If These Steps Did Not Resolve Your Issue

If your problem continues after you have tried the procedures above, your TV requires service. To begin the service process, click the Create Online Service Request button below.
