 Problem: while watching Hockey game the white ice court changes brightness (screen flickers)

 Resolution:

• For PNxxF8500 advise customer to upgrade the firmware to latest version 1103.1
• For other models advise the customer to reduce the brightness and request to wait for the new firmware release (Document the call and escalate if required)

 Note:

• New firmware version 1103.1 has been released for F8500 model

• For other models the new firmware will be released very soon.

Do not Setup for service for this issue.
