How to perform a Self Diagnosis test on my TV?

 

Answer:

To perform a Self Diagnosis test, follow these steps:

  1. Turn the TV on.
  2. Press MENU on the TV remote, or on the TV itself.
  3. Use the ▲ or ▼ arrow button on the remote to select the Support section of the menu, and then press ENTER.
  4. Note: In the menu the section names are displayed on the left side and side ways.

  1. Use the ▲ or ▼ arrow to select the Self Diagnosis option, and then press ENTER. The Self Diagnosis menu appears.
  2. When the Self Diagnosis menu appears, press ENTER. By default Picture Test is selected.
  3. Note: If you want to preform a Sound Test press the ▼ arrow button to select Sound Test, and then press ENTER.

  1. A test picture or sound will appear on the screen and an option to select Yes or No.
    • If the problem still occurs use the ◀ or ▶ arrow to select Yes, press ENTER, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
    • If the problem does not occur press ENTER to select No, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
