Subject:  How to Play Sample or Demo video to check Picture/Video Quality of 4K or UHD TV

Some higher end Samsung model TV�s embedded with Sample or Demo Videos.

This feature is generally used when the TV is in store for demo.

In case the customer has any concern to check & confirm the TV�s picture quality.

• In DEMO mode picture settings will revert back every 5 minutes and some functions may not work.
• Customer will have to change the settings back to HOME MODE after trying this feature.
• For normal use the TV should be set to HOME MODE.

Models Applicable:

• 2015 Designed JU & JS series (7 and up) Models
• 2016 Designed KU & KS series (7 and up) Models

How to play the sample video to check the quality of the picture or video?

Press Menu > Support > Scroll up to USE MODE > Select STORE DEMO

After selecting STORE DEMO, the message below will appear up on the screen, select OK.

To change the settings of the demo video playback press the TOOLS button on the remote control.

After testing the video please make sure to change the settings back to HOME MODE.
