Answer:
Instruct the customer to update the firmware
on their TV using one of the following methods:
Network Method:
Press the 'Menu' button on the remote control.
Navigate to 'Support' and select it.
Choose 'Software Update' and follow the on-screen
instructions to download and install the latest firmware.
USB Thumb Drive:
Download the firmware file from the manufacturer's
website (SAP).
Save the file onto a USB thumb drive.
Insert the USB thumb drive into the TV's USB
port.
On the TV, navigate to 'Settings,' then 'System,'
and finally 'Software Update.'
Follow the on-screen instructions to update
the firmware.
Email from SAP:
Open the email containing the firmware file
sent by the manufacturer (SAP).
Download the file onto a USB thumb drive.
Proceed with the USB Thumb Drive method described
above.
Note: Updating the firmware may resolve the
"USB Power Overload" issue even without any devices plugged in.
