Question:
How can I troubleshoot dark, dim, or faded
picture on my screen?
Answer:
To fix this issue, follow these steps:
Start the Remote Manager (RM). This will help
control your TV's settings remotely.
Turn off the Eco Sensor. This sensor adjusts
the picture brightness based on the room's lighting conditions. Sometimes, turning
it off can improve the picture quality.
Perform a picture test. This will check if
there's an issue with the TV's display. If problems still happen after the test,
go to the next step.
Do a factory reset. This will restore your
TV's settings to their default values. However, remember that all your current
settings will be erased! So, make sure to note down any important settings before
doing this.
After the factory reset, set up your TV again
using the instructions provided by your TV manufacturer. Once done, turn off
the Eco Sensor again and perform another picture test.
