PROBLEM 3:

Refrigerator Not Dispensing Water

SOLUTION 3:

If the refrigerator isn't dispensing water, please check these few tips:

  1. First, make sure that the control lock is turned off and water is selected.
  2. Check if the water line is connected to the faucet. If it's not, connect the water line to the back of the unit.
  3. Check if the water line is kinked. If so, adjust the water line without any bent points to avoid blocking or reducing water pressure.
  4. Verify whether the water valve is open or closed. If it's closed, turn the water supply back on.
  5. Ensure that the water filter is properly installed. The water filter must be installed correctly (with arrow marks facing each other). In this case, water may leak below the water filter.
  6. Does your faucet provide adequate water pressure? The recommended water pressure range for the unit is between 30~125 psi. Disconnect the valve from your faucet and check the water pressure. If it's outside the recommended range, there might be an issue.
