FIRST ACTIVATE HRM (CUSTOMERS
ONLY):
On your Family Hub, navigate to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and touch Remote Management.
Touch Activate and wait for the server to connect.
Provide the PIN Number to the Agent.
PROBLEM 1:
Ice Bucket Frozen
SOLUTION 1: Agent
Checks Fridge Via HRM
Verify Dispenser Lock is disabled (Basic control
tab).
Check water filter usage (Basic control tab).
Inspect Search Error tab for error codes.
Inform customer NOT to use a hairdryer.
Service required if ice bucket/ice maker is
frozen.
PROBLEM 2:
Refrigerator Not Dispensing Ice
SOLUTION 2A:
Customer Checks Ice Maker
Check Dispenser Lock status (Fridge Manager
> Fridge Settings).
Select ice type on control panel.
Remove ice bucket and check for ice.
Clear ice buildup from chute using warm water.
Reinsert ice bucket ensuring it's fully inserted
and seated.
Check wire harness connector placement under
left hinge cap.
Service may be required if issue persists.
SOLUTION 2B:
Agent Checks Via HRM
Verify Dispenser Lock is disabled (Basic control
tab).
Check water filter usage (Basic control tab).
Inspect Search Error tab for error codes.
Service required if issue persists.
PROBLEM 3: Frost
in the Ice Bucket
SOLUTION 3A: Customers
Checks For Warm Air
Identify and correct warm air source.
Check left side door alignment.
Check ice bucket seal.
Check ice dispenser flap seal.
Service required if issue persists after solutions
applied.
SOLUTION 3B:
Customer Checks Left Side Door Alignment
Check for gap between ice bucket and ice chute.
Level refrigerator and adjust doors if necessary.
SOLUTION 3C: Customer
Checks Ice Bucket Seal
Remove ice bucket and inspect rubber seal.
Ensure ice bucket is fully inserted when reinserting.
Replace ice bucket if damaged.
SOLUTION 3D: Customer
Checks Ice Dispenser Flap Seal
Check flap position (left door open).
Clear ice or debris preventing flap closure.
