Activate HRM (Remote Management) on your Family Hub by navigating to Settings > scrolling down to Remote Management > touching Activate and waiting for server connection > obtaining the PIN Code and sharing it with the Agent.

Have the Agent monitor the door switch using HRM while you open and close the door.

If the door switch isn't functioning correctly, service is needed.

Ensure proper alignment of fridge doors and connection of the wire harness. Refer to your user manual for instructions or contact a professional installer for help.

If the issue persists after checking the door switch and connections, service is required.
