Question:

What should I do if my touch control panel has bad color, poor brightness, or is blinking?

Answer:

Check if the LCD brightness is set to low. If it is, adjust it to a higher level.

If the touch control panel shows only black and white, check the Accessibility settings (Settings > Accessibility > Grayscale). Turn off grayscale mode if it's enabled.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, the LCD should be replaced. Contact customer service for assistance.
