How to troubleshoot sound issues?

 

Answer:

 

If the sound is too loud or low, adjust the volume in the setting menu.

If there is no sound, reset the touch control panel. If the problem persists, service is needed.

If the sound has interference (noise), reset the touch control panel. If the problem persists, service is needed. For AKG speaker models, remove the protection film that is attached on the speaker.
