Wi-Fi Connection is Lost When TV is Powered Off

If the TV loses WiFi connection after being turned off, use RM to disable Instant On feature using the following steps.

 

  1. Connect to customer’s TV via RM
  2. Select Remote Control, and then, press Factory to access the Factory Menu
  3. Select Option

 

 

  1. Select MRT Option

 

 

  1. Select Instant On

 

 

  1. Press the right arrow on the virtual remote to change value from ON to OFF.

 

 

  1. Exit the Factory Menu.
  1. Power the TV off, and then on again.
