Answer:
Using Smart Security Scan:
Press the "HOME" button on your remote
control and go to "SETTINGS."
Press "GENERAL," then select "SYSTEM
MANAGER."
Find and press "SMART SECURITY,"
then select "SCAN."
Deleting Notifications:
Select the "HOME" button on your
remote control.
Then select "NOTIFICATION" and "DELETE
ALL NOTIFICATIONS."
Cold Boot The TV:
Unplug the power cable, wait 30 seconds, and
then plug it back in.
Alternatively, while the TV is ON, press and
hold the POWER button on your remote and wait five seconds.
Note: A software update to address this issue
will be available in September.
