Symptom:

 

When Customer buys 2019 Smart TV, Some of the features/service may still be in preparation. So, the customer has to wait until feature is ready. 

    

1. AirPlay : AirPlay feature is currenty in preparation together with Apple.    

It will be launched during Spring season.    

    

2. Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant support : 2019 Smart TV support to work with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. But it is still in preparation for Launch.   

It will be launched during Spring season.    

 

Solution:

 

Guide customer of above schedule and ask to wait until end of Spring.
