Server error BIXBY could not be performed at this time please try again later

Issue:

The customer is not able to use the Bixby function on the refrigerator and encounters the error: "Server error BIXBY could not be performed at this time please try again later"

Solution:

1)  Network connection issue:

    Connecting the Family Hub to a network through mobile hotspot (tethering) could lead to an unstable connection to the network so please ask the customer to use a Wi-Fi connection

2)  Current Date and Time Status:

    If the device's current date/time is wrong then it could cause a connection issue. Please activate Automatic date and time (Setting > Date and Time > Automatic date and time)
