Issue:

Flex Zone Not Cooling (flex not working properly, condensation forming, compartment not cold, section not cool / warm).

 

Answer:

Kindly follow the below steps to assist Customers with tehe issue described above:

 

1) Is the Flex Zone not cooling properly or not cooling at all? 

* If not cooling at all and no error code, book a service call and meanwhile ask the customer to unplug the fridge for an hour and plug it back to see if it starts working.

 

2) Which setting is the Flex Zone set to?

* Please ensure that the fridge temperature is also set to 38 degrees Fahrenheit (3 degrees Celsius) and the freezer is set to 0 (32 degrees Celsius).

 

 

3) Any Error Code on the display?

* "O-FF" ("OF or OFF"), your fridge is in Cooling Off Mode, also known as Demo Mode or Shop Mode (refer to the user manual).

* 71C Error means Abnormal High Temperature in Freezer Error.

* 73C: Abnormal High Temperature of Flex Zone

 

 

4) Is condensation forming inside the Flex compartment?

* If yes, the door might not be closing completely, ensure that the Flex Drawer is not overloaded and the gasket is clean and in good condition

* If the customer recently changed the temperature from colder to warm, condensation might starts form and that is normal, ask customer to wipe the Flex Zone compartment using a dry cloth.

  • Main PCB Electronic Board: The primary printed circuit board responsible for controlling various refrigerator functions.
