How to resolve the aspect ratio issue in Amazon Prime Video App on 2016 Smart TV models?

Answer:

Model: All 2016 Smart TVs (Jazz-M, Jazz-L6, Hawk-MFK Platform)

Symptom:

When wathing certain contents in Amazon Prime Video app, content is played in wrong aspect ratio.

Guide:

1) Temporary solution: Send Service Version Firmware to customer.

   - Service version for each platform is available. This version is not updated in Samsung.com, so it should be delivered to Customer by USB

   - Service version info

2) Permanent solution : Fix will be applied in next OTN.

   - Version information and schedule is not fixed. When it is confirmed, it will be updated.

   - When OTN is available, it will also be updated in Samsung.com         

Do not setup service for this issue.
