PROBLEM :

No Lights On Control Panel

SOLUTION :

If your dishwasher's control panel is not lighting up, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure power is being supplied to the dishwasher.
   
   
2. Confirm that no indicator lights on the display panel light up (even for a moment) when the dishwasher is powered on.
   
   
3. Turn the dishwasher off for thirty seconds and then turn it back on by pulling the plug or by using the circuit breaker.
   
   
4. Check if the dishwasher operates properly through at least one wash cycle.
   
   

If the control panel is still not lighting up, service is required. The process of replacing this assembly should take no more than thirty minutes and can be done without removing the unit from its installation in the cabinet.

• Have the customer look at the dishwasher's serial number and see if it was produced between June 2010 and December 2010. (Serial number range: **Z6** - **ZC**.)
  
  
• It may be difficult for some customers to confirm all of these symptoms with absolute certainty. Therefore, if the majority of these symptoms are met the unit likely has a defective Control Panel.
