PROBLEM :

Green Felt In Dishwasher

SOLUTION :

If you see green felt around the outside of the dishwasher, this is normal. This fabric is part of the "insulation" that dampens the sound and prevents excessive noise from the dishwasher when it's operating.

You should NEVER remove this material. It is part of the dishwasher's noise-reduction design. This fabric is not visible when the unit is pushed into place (underneath the counter).
