When a cycle is selected, it usually takes a minute to start the cycle.
The dishwasher will first drain any excess water left over from any previous cycles.
This makes it sound like the dishwasher is working, although no water is actually filling the unit yet.
After the unit runs a drain cycle, it will then proceed with the selected wash cycle and starts filling.
NO: child lock might be activated or the door is not closing properly, see user manual for child lock.
If the dishwasher has power but does not start properly, please perform the following:
Check if Delay Start is selected (applicable models only). Check if the door is latched and completely closed, if the upper rack is not fully closed, the door will not latch or if the door is rubbing against the tub when closing, it means the unit is not properly levelled and might not latch properly. Verify that water is being supplied to the dishwasher, close the water tap completely, then reopen it completely. Reset the machine, Turn OFF the circuit breaker for 1 minute and turn it back ON (if customer is using fuse panel, then DO NOT reset it)

*If the dishwasher is still not starting then, service is required.
Note:
If Start is held for 3 seconds, the cycle will default to Cancel and Drain.
When Cancel and Drain is selected, the number 1 will appear on the display.
If the customer interrupts the cycle or does not respond quickly, the number 1 will blink.
To correct the blinking 1, press the Start button to resume the cycle, or turn power OFF to start a new cycle.
