1. Detergent Drawer Not Opening Or Closing

PROBLEM 1: Detergent Dispenser Not Opening Or Closing (Drawer, box)

SOLUTION 1:

1) If dispenser door of your dishwasher is not opening, please perform the following:

• Check if the dispenser door is blocked due to improper loading.

• If detergent is stuck in the dispenser, the detergent is old and not fresh.
  
• Clean the detergent out of the drawer, and then close it.
  
• Kindly use fresh detergent only.

2) To open and close the detergent drawer properly, please perform the following:

• To open the door, locate and press the release tab on the right side of the sliding compartment door.
  
• To close the door, push the rutted surface of the compartment door as you slide it closed.
• If enough pressure is not applied when closing the door, it may not latch properly.

3) Are you using the dishwasher cleaner once every 3 months?

• It is recommended to clean the interior of the dishwasher once every 3 months using a dishwasher cleaner like "Affresh" and select the longest time cycle.
