PROBLEM 1:
SOLUTION 1:
If your dishwasher is not cleaning properly, the nozzles may be clogged with food particles. To clean the lower nozzles, please perform the following:
1. Remove the upper and lower dish rack assemblies by pulling them all the way out and then pull up.
2. Remove the lower water wand by pulling it upwards.

3. Inspect the nozzles on the water wand for food particles or blockage.

4. If the nozzles are clogged or restricted, clean the nozzles with a toothpick or suitable instrument.
5. Reinstall the water wand assembly by snapping it back into the housing.
6. Check to see if the nozzle is installed correctly by spinning it. If the nozzle spins freely, you have installed it correctly.
7. Reinstall the the dish rack assemblies as needed.
PROBLEM 2:
Clean The Middle Nozzles
SOLUTION 1:
To clean the middle nozzles, please perform the following:
1. The middle water wand is located on the bottom of the top dish rack assembly. To access the middle water wand, turn the top dish rack assembly over.
2. Place the top dish rack on a clean flat surface, unscrew the large nut that holds the arm to the basket, grasp the center water wand, and pull upwards to remove the center water wand.

3. Check the nozzles to see if any holes are clogged by food particles or debris. If there are any clogged nozzles, clean the nozzles with a toothpick or suitable instrument.
4. Replace the water wand by snapping it back into the housing.
5. Check to see if the nozzle is installed correctly by spinning it. If the nozzle spins freely, you have installed it correctly.
6. Reinstall the the dish rack assemblies as needed.
PROBLEM 3:
Clean The Upper Nozzles
SOLUTION 1:
To clean the upper nozzles, please perform the following:
1. Support the duct with one hand, and then remove the nozzle from the duct with the other hand by pulling the water wand downwards.

Caution: The duct is made of plastic and can snap if you do not support it sufficiently when you remove the nozzle.
2. Check the nozzles to see if any holes are clogged by food particles or debris. If there are any clogged nozzles, clean the nozzles with a toothpick or suitable instrument.
3. Replace the water wand by snapping it back into the housing.
4. Check to see if the nozzle is installed correctly by spinning it. If the nozzle spins freely, you have installed it correctly.
5. Reinstall both dish rack assemblies.
