My dryer rack is missing. What happened?

Answer:

If your dryer was supposed to come with a dryer rack, but it did not, you may have thrown in out by mistake. When the dryer's box's cardboard layer is removed, the thick Styrofoam at the top of box traps the drying rack inside the box. The rack is completely hidden, and if you don't know to look for it, it can get tossed by accident.

Instructions are now written on the cardboard box, so you can be aware of the dryer rack inside the box. Samsung has also changed the packing type, so it's easier to see the dryer rack and not throw it out by mistake.

Important: Not all dryers come with a dryer rack. Please check your user manual to see if it comes with one.
