How to solve issues with Samsung dryers related to using dryer sheets?

Answer:

Dryer sheets can be used in Samsung dryers. The sheets are designed to help eliminate static cling, soften clothes, and add fragrance to the clothing.

However, dryer sheets should not be used on a steam-dry cycle for dryers with steam capabilities.

If a customer is having issues on a Sensor Dry cycle, then ask if they are using dryer sheets.

• If they are using dryer sheets, they will need to wipe off the sensor located inside of the drum, behind the lint filter housing.
  
  
• A film or residue can build up on the sensor preventing it from sensing the moisture in the clothes.
  
  
• Have them use a lint free cloth with a mild detergent to clean the sensor.
