Wrinkle Away Misprint

All DV431* units produced between April 22, 2011 and May 30, 2011 have user manuals with a Wrinkle Away misprint. The misprinted manuals state that the Wrinkle Away runtime can be adjusted (20, 30, 25, 33), when in reality, it cannot be adjusted in this model.

Incorrect Manual:

"Wrinkle Away - Reduce wrinkles in dry clothes by providing advanced wrinkle release performance through optimized steam care. Increase or decrease runtime with the Adjust Time button, but not lower than 20 minutes."

Correct Manual:

"Wrinkle Away - Releases wrinkles from items left in the dryer too long by spraying a small amount of water into the drum after several minutes of heated tumbling."

Correct manuals are available for download online. For hardcopy requests within warranty, use part number DC68-03021A.
