SOLUTION :

• Error codes are used as starting points, so technicians can perform an accurate diagnosis. For example, if the washer has an HE error code, it does not necessarily mean that the heater has failed. The technician will check the washer and its different components to determine the exact cause of the fault.

• To check if the error code may have been a glitch, unplug the washer for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. If the error code returns, your washer requires service.
