Question:
What should I do if my dryer drum doesn't spin?
Answer:
- Turn on the dryer and select the Time
Dry cycle (not another cycle).
- Close the door and press Start/Pause.
- Observe the timer on the display and confirm
it counts down.
- If the timer changes but the drum doesn't
spin, service is needed.
- If the timer doesn't count down, refer
to the guide on Timer Does Not Count Down.
- Remember to keep the exhaust vent clean;
it may rarely cause a no-spin situation. Clean it at least once or twice
a year for safety and optimal performance.
