PROBLEM 1:

Clean the Dryer's Lint Screen

SOLUTION 1:

The dryer's lint screen should be cleaned before or after every use, so lint does not build up.

To clean the lint screen, take it out of the dryer, and lightly brush the lint away. You can also use a vacuum with the appropriate attachment to remove the lint or debris from the housing. Then, reinstall the lint screen and make sure it fits properly in the housing.

If there was an excessive amount of lint in the lint screen housing, advise to customer to have the entire duct (vent) system inspected for lint build up.
