Understand that the display turning off during the cycle is normal for Samsung WaterWall dishwashers.

Know that the display and control panel on these dishwashers are located on the top of the door.

Be aware that the dishwasher's design allows for the counter top to cover the display, creating a seamless appearance.

Recognize that the display turning off during the cycle is intentional when the door is closed.

Note that Models DW80H9970US/AA and DW80H9950US/AA have additional displays on the front of the door.
