PROBLEM :
Only some apps on Family Hub are working
SOLUTION :
If only some of the apps on your Family Hub are working, make sure your software is up-to-date. We'll help you get your apps up and running again.
- Check for software updates. Navigate to Settings, and then tap About Family Hub to perform a software update.
- Check for app updates. Tap Apps, and check if the affected app has a down arrow icon next to it. This indicates an update is available for that app. To update it, tap the app. You can also enable Automatic Update at the top of the Apps screen. If Automatic Update is enabled, apps will automatically update.
- Confirm what the app is supposed to do. Before reporting an app, check the web manual for a description of the app and its features. You can also find this on Family Hub itself, in the Settings menu.
- Contact the author of the app (if applicable). If the app is a third-party app (such as Pandora), contact the company that provides and maintains the app. They may be able to provide more information.
If the issue continues, please contact us to provide as much information as possible detailing the issue and any error codes that occurred so that we can escalate it to the appropriate department. Service is not required.
