Question1:

Voice is not working when I said "Hi Bixby" or touch the Bixby button on my Fridge (FHUB4.0)

     - It displays some error message "Looks Like something went wrong. Try again Later."

Answer1:

Bixby Server is updated and you should update the new Family-Hub software to FHUB5.0 by OTN (over the network) as per below

  1. Check whether S/W version is old version or not

     - if the version is related with FHUB4*, S/W Update is needed

2. Click Settings Icon on Home Screen

3. Click About Family Hub on Settings View

4. Click Update Button of Software Update

 Note: if S/W update button is not activated

   - Turn off and On Power Switch of Door Part.

Note: We recommend above Bixby 4.2.9 version

  - [Settings] > [Storage] > [Apps] > [Explore Bixby]

   . You can see the version of Bixby App. It should be over 4.2.9
