Guide for All Recipe application
error "Currently we are facing problem.
All Recipe server is down"
Q1. All Recipe application is not able to run (FHUB4.0)
- it displays some error message "Currently
we are facing problem. All Recipe server is down."
A1. All Recipe App is changed to Smart Recipe App, and is no longer available
to run it.
Smart Recipe App is able to download thru OTN (over the network) updates
as Below
1. Check whether S/W version is old version or not
- if the version is FHUB4* released before
Oct 2019, then a S/W Update needs to be completed
Note: FHUB4M indicate Family Hub 4.0 and 20190619 indicates the SW released
date.
2. Click Settings Icon on Home Screen
3. Click About Family Hub on Settings View
4. Click Update Button of Software Update
Note: If S/W update button is not activated
- Turn off and On Power Switch of Door Part in order to
download from OTN server.
