Symptoms:
Flickering or flashing issue when play the HDR 10+ content via USB.
Resolution display in info bar continues to change to HDR and HDR 10+.
Cause:
Content issue (Not TV issue)
Normal HDR10+ file video should include HDR10+ metadata everyframe.
Some files have the metadata with long intervals.
This results in HDR10+ mode > HDR10 mode (no HDR10+ meta) > HDR10+
> HDR10 > ..., which causes flickering.
NG Case: 1~2 frames with HDR10+ metadata > dozens or hundreds of blank
metadata frames > 1~2 frames with HDR10+ metadata.

enhanced picture quality with better contrast, colors, and brightness.
Metadata: Data about data; in this context,
refers to the information embedded in the video file that helps the TV process
the visuals correctly.
