Problem: Airplay is no longer recognizing the
TV
Solution:
For such problems Please ask customer:
1. Reboot router- Power off wait for 1-2 minutes and turn back
and test
2. If not solved, Try your phone hotspot - Meaning make your phone
as a wireless hotspot, connect TV and then try to use apple air play to test.
- If this method solves the problem then the customer may have to
contact the router manufacturer and inform them to change some
router settings (some security settings in the router may be causing this
problem).
For this kind of case, please ask agent to share some router model, internet
service providers name and ticket number, so we can find more info to supply
directly to customer if possible, instead referring them to router manufacturer
or supplier.
