Solution:

Open the USA Today: Sports Widget from your Snippet Dock by selecting it and pressing Enter.

Use the arrow buttons to navigate through different sections (Scores, Headlines, and Coaches Polls).

Select the desired section and press Enter to access its content.

Navigate within the section using the arrow buttons to find specific information or team rankings.

Press Return to go back to the main menu when finished.
