PROBLEM :

Wi-Fi not connecting on 2015 TV models

SOLUTION :

Some 2015 TV models are having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi or the internet. The affected models are:

• JU6400
• JU6500
• JU650D
• JU6700
• JU3670D
• JU7100
• JU7500
• JU750D
• JS8500
• JS850D

A new firmware update was released in order to resolve this concern. Please guide the customer to update their TV to the latest firmware version (T-HKMAKUC version 1214.1).
