Problem:
The Social TV app on your Samsung TV isn't
working properly.
Solution:
Check if your Samsung TV is connected to the
internet. If not, connect it by following the instructions provided in the TV's
user manual.
Ensure that the Social TV app is updated to
its latest version. Update it through the built-in Samsung App Store if there's
a new version available.
Restart your Samsung TV by unplugging it from
the power source for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall
the Social TV app from the Samsung App Store.
