What should I do if I get an error while updating my TV software?

 

Answer:

If you encounter an error while updating your TV software through the internet, we are aware of the issue and it is related to our cloud server, not your internet connection. We expect this to be resolved shortly, so there is no need to request service. Here are some examples of the error messages you might see:

 

"Failed to download updates. If the problem continues, please contact the Samsung Call Center and quote error code: 800 Resource Error."

"Latest Version - There are no new updates for you at the moment. [OAPARSE - OAPARSE]"

"Connection Failed - Your Internet connection is unstable. Please contact your Internet service provider for help. Error Code: HTTP503 Operation Timeout Error"

 

Please note that these error messages indicate the same issue with our cloud server and not your internet connection.
