TV app freezes or stops responding

PROBLEM:

App Freezing or Unresponsiveness

 

SOLUTION:

Perform a cold boot on the TV. Press and hold the Power button on the remote until the TV turns off and back on (indicated by the Samsung logo). Release the button when the logo appears. If the TV doesn't reboot automatically, unplug and replug it.

Check for software updates. On the menu screen, navigate to Support > Software Update. Install any available updates.

Return to the app and test its functionality.
