Problem:
Error message when updating TV apps
Solution:
Delete and reinstall the affected app:
Press Home on the Samsung remote.
Select APPS > Settings.
Go to the app, then select Delete and confirm.
Reinstall the app.
Perform an App Reset using RM tools (for pre-installed
apps):
Access the TV via RM tool and select Factory
Menu > SVC > Reset > App Reset.
Use the right directional button to process
the App Reset.
Note: This is NOT a service issue. Do
NOT transfer to service. Affected models include 2017 Smart TVs, and affected
apps are UFC TV, Digital Concert Hall, MODALISBOA, MUBI, Spotify, and Showtime
Anytime.
