Solution:

Check for Smart Hub updates - Sometimes, Smart Hub needs to be updated to fix issues, improve app functionality, or remove certain apps. Content providers might request their apps to be taken down due to various reasons such as updating their app, fixing server issues, or compatibility issues between the app and Smart Hub/TV model.

Reset Smart Hub - To ensure that the customer has the latest version of Smart Hub and all available updates, ask them to reset Smart Hub by going to Settings > General > Reset Smart Hub (or similar). This will download and install any pending updates and restore default settings.

Contact App Provider - If the problem persists after resetting Smart Hub, suggest contacting the app provider directly for further assistance regarding their specific app.

Wait for the app to return - In some cases, the app might temporarily disappear but later reappear once the content provider releases a compatible version or fixes their server issues.

Consider alternative apps - If the desired app is permanently unavailable, recommend alternative apps within Smart Hub that provide similar services.
