To resolve this problem, follow these steps:

 

Ensure that your Samsung TV's country setting is set to Canada.

Open the Smart Hub on your TV.

Change the Country setting to Canada by selecting it from the available options and pressing Enter.

Confirm the change by choosing 'Yes.'

After updating the settings, the Cineplex app will become visible in Smart Hub.
