Problem:

Netflix App Does Not Work on TV

Important: This is NOT an issue with the TV. Do not set up the TV for service.

Steps:

Test other apps on the TV to check their functionality.

If all other apps are working except Netflix, it's likely an issue with Netflix or the Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Contact Netflix FIRST to try resolving the issue, since they create the Netflix app and it connects to their servers.

If the customer claims the issue is with the TV due to it working with other devices, explain that those devices connect to different Netflix servers.
