Update the TV firmware

Solution:

Follow these steps to check and install firmware updates for your TV.

Visit the Download Center (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/download/) and search for your TV's model number.

Check for firmware updates under the "Firmware" section. If none is available, skip to step 6.

Download the firmware (.exe file) and extract its contents into a folder on your computer.

Copy the extracted folder directly to a USB flash drive without creating any subfolders.

Connect the USB drive to your TV's USB 2.0 port.

On your TV, go to Menu > Support > Software Upgrade > By USB.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install the firmware update. Your TV will restart when complete.
