Check the firmware version on your TV

SOLUTION :

Method 1

To see the firmware version on your TV, follow these steps:

1. With your TV powered on, press the MENU button on your remote control.
   
   
2. Select the Support section of the menu, and then press ENTER.
   
   Note: The different sections of the menu are displayed on the left side of the screen.
   
   
3. Select Contact Samsung, and then press ENTER.
   
   
4. Information about contacting Samsung will appear on the screen. The current firmware version will be displayed on this page as well.

Method 2

To see the firmware version on your TV, follow these steps:

1. With your TV powered on, press the MENU button on your remote control.
   
   
2. Select the Support section of the menu, and then press ENTER.>
   
   Note: The different sections of the menu are displayed on the left side of the screen.
   
   
3. Select Software Upgrade.
   
   
4. Press the INFO button. The firmware version can be found on the top line.
