Problem:

Selecting and displaying photos on Frame TV

Solution:

Download the SmartThings app on your phone and follow the prompts to connect your Frame TV to the app. Note: Some TVs may come preloaded with the SmartThings app.

Using the app, send your desired photo to your Frame TV.

Turn on your TV and navigate to Art Mode.

Choose the photo you sent from the photo collection.

Ensure the photo dimensions match the required aspect ratio: Full Frame (16:9) or Shadow Box (4:3).
