Reboot your TV
SOLUTION :
Rebooting your TV may resolve some glitches it is experiencing. To reboot your TV, follow these steps:
- With your TV powered on, unplug your TV from the wall outlet.
- Wait 30 seconds, and then plug your TV back in.
- If your TV continues to have an issue, then your TV will require service. Please contact Samsung Support to set up service.
